Important Notice Regarding Rug Cleaning Services

Color Bleeding Warning

Please be advised: Color bleeding may occur during the rug cleaning process, especially during soaking or pet stain/odor treatments.

By submitting your rug for cleaning, you acknowledge and accept that this is a known risk.

Limitation of Liability

At Paymon Rug Wash, we take great care to clean your rugs in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

We are not responsible for:

• • Color bleeding or dye migration
• • Buckling or warping
• • Loss or damage unless caused by our negligence

Stain Removal Disclaimer

While we make every effort to remove stains, some may be permanent due to the type of stain, how long it’s been present, or the rug’s material.

Please note:

• • Some stains may leave behind visible differences in color or texture.
• • Hidden stains may become visible after deep cleaning.

Loss or Damage Compensation Policy

In the rare event of loss due to fire, theft, or disappearance while in our care, compensation will be limited to the wholesale value of the rug, and not exceed:

• • $2.00 per square foot for hand-tufted, hand-hooked, or machine-made rugs
• • $10.00 per square foot for hand-knotted rugs

Storage Policy

Rugs left over 45 days after notification of completion will incur a $1.00/day storage fee per item, for up to 6 months.

After 6 months, unclaimed rugs will become the property of Paymon Rug Wash to recover storage and handling costs.
